How Frangentic Operates

We don't deploy software.
We compose operations.

Every franchisor runs expansion differently. Frangentic meets you where you are, studies how your team actually works, and composes the agents your operation needs — on top of a chassis that already knows franchising.

What's already built

You're not starting from zero.
Neither are we.

Most AI projects start with a blank page and a six-month discovery phase. Ours doesn't. We've spent years building a franchise-native chassis covering the 5 core operational disciplines — development, real estate, implementation, network operations, unit growth. That chassis is the foundation every engagement starts from.

When we compose agents for your operation, we're not inventing concepts. We're configuring a system that already knows what ZOR specs are, how territory models work, what FDD validation looks like, what a compliance audit covers, what drives same-store sales. The franchise domain is pre-loaded. What we build around it is what's specific to you.

How agents get composed

Plug in. Build from scratch.
Or both — your call, per domain.

For each of the 5 disciplines, you decide how we engage. There's no single template we push. Here are the two modes, and when each one fits.

// Mode 01

Plug Into Your Stack

When your existing tools work, we keep them. Agents operate inside your CRM, your email, your project tracker, your compliance platform — wherever your team already lives. Nothing new to log into. No migration. Your people see the same interfaces they use today; they just have agents working alongside them.

BEST WHEN →

Your current stack is solid but your team is stretched. You need capacity, not replacement.

// Mode 02

Build From Scratch

When your current tools are costing more than they deliver — or when the workflow doesn't exist yet — we build the interface, the data layer, and the agent together, on top of the chassis. Faster and cheaper than adapting enterprise software that wasn't made for franchising.

BEST WHEN →

You're paying six figures a year for a tool your team barely uses, or you're running a critical workflow in spreadsheets and email.

You don't have to pick one mode for the whole operation. Plug BD into your existing CRM. Build RE from scratch because your broker intake is chaos. Plug PM into your project tool. It's per domain, per decision.

We don't ask you to fire people.
We ask where you want leverage.

Every agent engagement falls into one of two shapes. Most operations have both, across different domains.

// Shape 01

Augment

The agent handles the operational overhead so your existing role focuses on what humans do best. Your FDD stops chasing documents and focuses on closing. Your implementation manager stops manually tracking 40 units and focuses on the 3 that need intervention.

// Shape 02

Replace

The agent takes over a function that doesn't need a human at all. Triaging 200 broker emails a week. Validating every inbound site submission against ZOR specs. Monitoring compliance across 80 active units nightly.

You tell us where the team is stretched. We tell you which agents to deploy, in which mode, for which shape.

What actually happens

From your operation
to operational agents.
In weeks.

Week 1–2

We map your operation

No questionnaires. We sit with your team, read your actual emails, look at your real pipeline, and map how work flows today — the tools, the handoffs, the bottlenecks, the decisions that get made, and the ones that get dropped. This is where we find what to build and what to plug into.

Week 3–4

We compose the right agents

Based on what the map shows, we pick the domains, the modes, and the shape for each agent. You review. We calibrate against your brand standards, your territory model, your playbook. No RFPs, no change committees.

Week 5–8

Agents go live

No six-month rollout. Agents start operating inside your existing tools or through the purpose-built interfaces we built during composition. Week 5 is always a limited pilot — one territory, one unit cohort, one workflow. By week 8, it's running across the operation.

Ongoing

We tune and expand

As your network grows, agents adapt. New territories, new edge cases, new disciplines — we keep tuning. This isn't a vendor relationship with a support portal; it's an operating practice that stays in the loop.

Things that don't come
with Frangentic.

Because the absence is part of the product.

If this sounds like
your operation,
let's talk.

Tell us one bottleneck in your expansion process today. We'll come back with what we'd build — the domain, the mode, the shape, and a rough timeline. No pitch deck.
